Welcome to Voices AI, a platform provided by Prime Organize, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile and web applications and services ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
- By using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
- You represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
- Continued use of the Services signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Our Services include AI Text-to-Speech, AI Speech-to-Speech, AI Song Generation, Audio Enhancement, and AI Voice Cloning.
- Some features may require registration for an account.
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
- Our Services are offered exclusively via subscription plans.
- All subscription purchases are processed via Apple’s In-App Purchase system.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period expires.
- Refunds for subscriptions are handled in accordance with Apple’s App Store policies; please contact Apple Support for refund requests.
- You are solely responsible for your use of the Services.
- You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in any conduct that violates applicable laws or interferes with the enjoyment of the Services by others.
- Prohibited activities include unauthorized access, distributing harmful content, and engaging in fraudulent behavior.
- All content, features, and functionality available through our Services are owned by the Company or its licensors.
- You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written consent.
- You retain ownership of any content you upload ("User Content").
- By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with the Services.
- You are solely responsible for your User Content and its consequences.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services for any reason, including for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.
